Photo Storage sites

I have created a wiki to compare the best online photo storage sites where you can upload images you own and show them to other people. This project does not include invisible photo storage sites like ImageShack or AllYouCanUpload, which are simple photo closets where you get direct links to your images in order to display them on your own websites. I am interested in sites that offer a wide range of features for your online photographs. Please, help me to edit the informations that have not been completed or that are simply wrong. It's been a long time since I posted anything sensible anywhere. I guess this is the best place to start a fresh. Blogoforum has come a long way. The new look is kinda interesting, though I still have to get used to it. :) Somewhere in the recent past I stopped having conversations across the web. One of the primary reason for this was my shift to a career in media, specifically as a Radio Jockey in a local Radio Station here. One of the other reasons was I bought a domain and started my own blog - though, I don't post there too frequently either. :D The one problem that repeatedly comes back to me in all the trawls of the web, is the scattering of my conversations across the place. Comments, Blogs, Profiles, Identities, all of these exist in varied numbers and in various stages of lethargy. Haviung a centralised identity system is scary - at least, I perceive it that way. The other alternative, as I see it, would be to group individual elements in a unique place, while allowing the other identities to flourish as they are. I see that potential here at Blogoforum. To start with, for example, if I could simply pull my RSS feeds here, but at the same time keep a link back to my main blog so that people could return there to comment, it would render my existence so much simple. With most of the web 2.0 start-ups and players accepting XML as a universal 'language' maybe that could be a potential USP for Blogoforum. Maybe I am rambling, but maybe there's a gold mine in that idea. Anyone care to take that up? - 1 reply

miejsce.info is a site which promices I can get an embeddable map there. Let's see! I'm going to hit it and mark a place I like to go fishing near Kyiv. I start at http://miejsce.info/en/ . What is miejsce? I don't know actually. Perhaps something in Polish. Maybe someone will tell.

Hint: From the homepage, it's not immediately clear what the site can give me (which is a map I can embed) and why would I need it. I had to return to the site several times to figure this out. Perhaps authors would want to make it more clear. So I checked the tutorial but I stuck at step 2 because I don't know what "Greeting info" is. I'm jumping right in to "I want a map!"

There is no Ukraine on the list so I use "other"

Alright I'm locating the place, provide description, click "save" and let me see if it will work. Alright after some manipulations with provided code (Blogoforum places BR when it sees new line) the map is here! Bugs! First time the map loads it shows "Enter your greeting info here" instead of name and description I provided. Also I would like to be able to hide that list of places on the right by default. Several days ago Blogoforum introduced another method to improve message classification. Now you can just "add keywords" to a message. This will not bump the message up in popularity or add any replies to it. Blogoforum will just show the message taking your keywords in mind. - 1 reply
