Prooved ones ? Here are some:

-37signals.com: make a cute, simple, little and useful tool. let people use it for free and charge them for extended features. I guess it's called SAS - software as service.

-grono.net: polish myspace-like service. let people's digital lifes get centred around this service (messaging with friends, image galleries etc). then let advertisers run dedicated ad campaigns within the service.

-rubyonrails: create cool framework for web2.0 community. then write books and run workshops :)
