Not entirely sure how this works, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever gone through the Almost As Good As Mum Nanny Agency (www.almostasgoodasmum.com)? They seem to be highly recommended but was looking for some other references

I did use the Almost as Good As Mum agency - I found their site http://www.almostasgoodasmum.com/ by doing a Google search for local nanny agencies. I was impressed with their service and their security checks of their staff. I felt safe using them.
