2 Steps to Get a Free Hosted Discussion Forum
Ever wanted to have a community to discuss something? Now you can get a forum hosted on talkinghub with almost no effort. 1. Give your forum a name. Give your forum unique one-word name. If you are a website owner you can give the forum your website's name. For example, I am, as owner of talkinghub.com, can name the forum as "talkinghub" or "talkinghub.com". If you didn't own the website you would like to discuss then you - guess what - can use its name anyway.
2. Invite people to your forum! Use URL like talkinghub.com/forum/tag/your_forum_name . If you own a website then place the link to the forum on your website. If you don't have the website then invite your friends or people who might be interested using URL given above.
That's basically all! talkinghub already has the forum created for you in place. If you want you can go to new forum's URL and post introductory message to your visitors.

Get a Free Forum - Corrections & More Info
This article is a little bit outdated but on overall it is perfectly well. Just a small correction that for your blogoforum, use URL likeblogoforum.com/tag/your_forum_name
With Blogoforum inroduced keyword intersection, you can use multiple keywords in your forum's URLs like http://blogoforum.com/tag/java+swing
