2 Steps to Get a Free Hosted Discussion Forum

This article is a little bit outdated but on overall it is perfectly well. Just a small correction that for your blogoforum, use URL like

blogoforum.com/tag/your_forum_name

With Blogoforum inroduced keyword intersection, you can use multiple keywords in your forum's URLs like http://blogoforum.com/tag/java+swing
