Browsing what people are saying about Ukraine I found them to be big fans of tasty food here. Why the food is so good here? Because it's natural! We use a lot of shmetana and other fresh, natural and tasty things.

Ever tried hot Borsch with Shmetana, cold Kvas or smoked fish with beer???

I missed Polish food when I was in Denmark, with emphasis on the bread. Eating Danish bread, I had a feeling of eating a foam.

I also missed the vegetables. Since I moved out of Warsaw, to the rural area, I started going to the weekly market, where I can buy vegetables directly from the farmers. I use a bike with a trailer, which can carry food for about one week for two people.

By the way, one of my favorite meals is Bulgarian mish-mash, in Romanian "jumari". I don't know if it's known in Ukraine?
